Yes , lv didn't repair the canvas but the 1st post says "Louis Vuitton will NOT repair any item with cracking canvas. If there is a crack ANYWHERE on the canvas, even if it is not near the area that needs repaired, Louis Vuitton will NEVER touch the item" and this is not entirely true .
