What I've done so far: - Research the new Day Date 36 and 40. - Try on each to see how it feels. That lead to modern distinctions, the Day Date II and the current edition Day Date 40. The 36 had a tremendous amount of dial and strap / bracelet combinations over the years. If my wrist size was smaller, I would be buying trading, selling 36mm watches all the time.
